What has been referred to as the "WE" in flowplace contexts.  This is a currency issued by a collective body to acknowledge work contributed to the shared assets or Commons.  Generally the Core approves these currency issues, and how they are redeemed, etc.

In structure these currencies are like mutual credit currencies, but they are backed by collective entities.  Needs to be pegged to a reference currency, for example the dollar, the euro, or the terra, etc.
