Membrane Currency+Wagn

Describe prototype community use of Wagn "roles" as an implementation of the membrane concept.  In this implementation, the rules are human implemented as a stack of concentric circles.  Anyone in an inner circle can add their highest circle to other users, but each member of a given circle is expected to impeccably implement the "spirit of the rules".  When disputes arise, collective processes will be invoked with the purpose of resolving the specific disputes.  Community learning, transparency and social norming should be more than adequate force for alignment if the processes are right.
